Rich has over two decades of experience in real estate finance, both as a lender and as a consultant. He has been responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the lending process, from origination to underwriting to closing. As a consultant Rich has worked with investors, developers, and individuals to help them navigate real estate transactions providing advice and analysis.

Rich holds a BS in Real Estate Finance from San Francisco State University and an MS in Leadership in Professional Studies from Northeastern University.

Rich is a competitive bicycle racer and fitness enthusiast who loves spending time with his wife and their four children.
